Can I cancel or change an order I've submitted?


We cannot guarantee requests for changes or cancellations once you submit your order on the site because our system promptly processes your order for shipment. Please contact us for support if you have any questions.




How can I return my purchase?


For a refund or exchange on your purchase, contact us, and we'll follow up on your case. Once we receive your package, we will process your request and issue your refund. Please note that returns or exchange requests must be made within ten days of their delivery date. Additionally, there must be no more than 2 bars missing from each returned package for a full refund.




Do you ship to international addresses?


Yes, you can submit your order from any country you want as we send your orders worldwide. USPS will calculate the shipping cost, and shipping for orders over $25 is free.

Are your products gluten-free?


All the FitNEED® bars have been gluten-free since the beginning of the company. So whether you're gluten intolerant or don't like having gluten in your products, you can have all of our delicious gluten-free bars with joy.




What sweeteners are used in your products?


We use two sweeteners in our products, stevia and natural dates.




Are FitNEED® bars safe for those with allergies?


Our bars are manufactured on equipment that is thoroughly cleaned at the end of every day, but we do use peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, soy, wheat, and coconuts in our products. We, therefore, do not recommend our bars for those with allergies.
